What is fulfillment?

Fulfillment is the period during which your product is being manufactured especially for you.

How long does product fulfillment take?

On average fulfillment takes 2-5 business days.

Are there any countries that you can't deliver to?

Unfortunately, the answer is yes.  Due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations, we don't ship to:

Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, the Gaza Strip region in Palestine, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria and North Korea.

How much does shipping cost?

This varies according to the product, order size and destination and is calculated as part of the order.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes, you'll be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number on it.

Can I change the address after my order has been placed?

Yes, you can, dependent on how far we have gone through the shipping process.  Email us immediately using support@snarling-wolf.com and we'll try our best to get the shipping address changed.

Product Returns

Do you offer a returns policy?

We do offer a returns policy for problems with an order such as a manufacturing error or a damaged item where we'll offer a free reprint or a refund.  We don't accept returns due to a change of mind.  Please find the returns policy here.

How do I return an item?

To return an item email support@snarling-wolf.com within 7 calendar days of receiving it and we will process the return.

Is there any additional information I can provide that will help with a return?

Absolutely.  If you can provide photos demonstrating the issue you have with the item with your email to us that will speed up the process and helps to avoid follow-up requests.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

What care instructions do you have for the apparel?

For the clothing we provide the general guidelines are:

• Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

• Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life.

• Cool iron inside-out if necessary.  Do not iron decoration.

• Do not dry clean.
